PXH gyratory crusher has international advanced crushing technology

Product advantages

4.Moving cone lock nut with cutting ring makes the removal of the
moving cone liner easier.
5.High-strength frame design, even under the severe crushing
conditions, can work without failure and prolong service life.
6.The main shaft and the moving cone are cast into one body to
avoid the loosening of the moving cone during the crushing process.
The gyratory crusher is mainly composed of the beam part, the
upper, middle and lower frame parts, the moving cone part, the
eccentric sleeve part, the transmission part and the hydraulic
cylinder part. The eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing
in a circle, so as to continuously squeeze and crush the stones.
By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving
cone, the moving cone can move up and down to easily adjust the
size of the discharge port and the particle size of the product. At
the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides iron protection
function. When an unbreakable object (such as iron block) enters
the crushing cavity, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically drop
the moving cone, thereby releasing the iron block and continuing to
crush.
